The leading Pipe Band of Belgium Antwerp & District Pipe Band was founded in 1978. The band stands for musical quality in a pleasant, friendly atmosphere. More than 40 years later, the band is still very much alive and the purpose has remained unchanged. In order to reach and above all maintain the musical level, we invest heavily in our players and equipment.
In addition, we want to guarantee the influx of ambitious players by offering training courses, both within our own grade 3 and grade 4 band, and at various befriended bands. Our greatest asset, outside the musical, is probably the warm atmosphere that prevails within the band. We know from experience: the closer the team, the better the music.
